New Exhibition at the Historical Society of Rockland County in New City at 20 Zukor Road.
On April 8, 2007, the Archdiocese of New York will begin a year-long celebration of its bicentennial. The Historical Society of Rockland County opens this commemorative year with an exhibition entitled Rockland's Catholic Heritage: The Bicentennial of the Archdiocese of New York. The exhibition will explore the Roman Catholic Church's history, diversity and mission. The community is invited to the opening reception on Sunday, March 11 beginning at 2:00 p.m.
The exhibition will run through June 17 and is curated by Delia Tolz.
